Cross-cultural & LGBTQ+ affirming therapist offering online therapy for expats and internationals struggling with stress, identity, burnout and emotional overwhelm.
You might have moved abroad for a better life. And on paper, everything looks fine. But inside, something feels off. Many expats and internationals in Europe experience this quiet disconnect — especially when navigating identity, belonging, and emotional wellbeing in a new environment.
If you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, these experiences can feel even more complex. Different cultures, expectations, or past experiences may make it harder to feel fully accepted or safe to be yourself.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming and Cross-cultural psychologist working with expats in the Netherlands and all across Europe, I offer online therapy in English or Greek for individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or under pressure to keep everything together. You don’t have to explain everything from the beginning. You don’t have to perform. We take the time to understand what’s going on, at your pace.
